You are past what the SAFC is capable of doing; step up to a real system for your engine's sake.

Yea, TMS is right. You at least need to get the chip tuned for the MAFS, injectors, and bigger turbo. Then make small changes with the SAFC if needed.

You know, you might JUST be okay if you retard the base timing a few degrees and run it rich as hell.

The SAFC doesn't control timing, and I had terrible problems with *catastrophic* detonation. I was even going a little further than you though, with 510cc injectors, N62 MAF, GT28R, 18psi... Keeping timing in check is a big problem when you are tricking the ECU with the SAFC.

Take it to a proper tuning haus and have it tuned by someone who is worth their salt. I would highly suggest a rom tune, and using the SAFC for the fine adjustments.

SAFC settings:

?? (either 4 or 5, I am unsure) in, 7out
-10% idle, about that until it gets into boost, then trim it off to zero-ish, and maybe even add a little fuel at the top to be safe, you know, for your drive to the tuner.

I take no responsibility for anything that results from my advice, unless everything works. I do not actually know what I am doing.

errr.... there is a "hot performing" CA18 member here with a setup nearly identical to yours.
this was one of his threads
zerothread/445268-backfire-wot

some of his comments
"..just pulled like a sob!!"
"Boosting 18psi to redline, no cut whatsoever...."

he posted his settings also. (I saved them here on my desktop somewhere)
SAFC is extremely capable once the user understand exactly what its doing
Look what the DSMs done with 'em for years

We have local here on stock ecu + SAFC going past 25psi..... heavy daily drivers ET mid to low 7s in the 1/8th (=respectably quick). These cars behave like factory.

I posted an excellent article way back on a turbobcharged V6 toyota tacoma pickup
Bone stock 3.4L, stock ecu, moded mafs, 440s, T4 turbo + SAFC. Eventually ran 12s! SAFC works
