its wired up and turns on, i put in all the other information other than how to put in for factory maf...im not sure where to put the pin in and out and which numbers to use...its dohc so im thinkin 2in2out or 2in5out...not sure...but need help on which numbers and where to put this info in..thanks, i tried searchin

the settings wont save in the afc either...everytime i try to start the car with the settings put in, after i let off the key it resets all bak to factory..help!!!

If you read the manual you need to initialze it. for stock MAFS you have same number like 2/2 or 5/5

i was using the 2/2 and initialized it....anything else??

initialize, put in all settings, turn key off, turn key back on, check settings and go from there.

its workin now...the car only starts if i give it some gas...timing?? also smokes a lil out the valve cover..whats this from?

Only starts if you give some gas... Probably because too rich our fouledish plugs. Allows more air in to make spark... As for smoke.. What you mean out the pcv valve?

how do i add more air with intercooler?? my afc isnt saving settings so when the car starts its in random settings...is that bad? not sure where the smokes comin from just yet but ill get bak to that.

For a stock MAF on either a SOHC or a DOHC, it's gonna be 5 in, and 5 out. OR 6 in and 6 out. One or the other. I don't remember.Number '2' is a 300zx MAF, or an N62. You can do 2 in, and 5 out, and that would compensate for that issue.

Something else. The 'Initialize' feature is basically a RESET!!!! If you put all your settings in, and then initialize it, you're just resetting everything. You want to Initialize it, then turn it off.Turn the car back on, and everything should be zero'd out. Then put your settings in from there. Just make sure you put the TPS sensor correct too.. From bottom left, to top right. Then turn it off, then back on and see what you have. Regardless of removing the battery, or any other sort of power....it shouldn't reset. It's kept in the internal memory of the SAFC.
