SAFC II hookup??

ok so i just ordered my safc II for my sr20det....where exactly do u hook it

up at? i know it comes with the harness...but where does the harness hookup??

also...will this help me any if i just have a stock sr? i mean i have fmic and exhaust and boost cont. and ****...nothing major though...thanks..
