SAFC II help

I have an SAFC II

Mods:550cc injectorsgt2876r272 cams

the in and out setting which idles best is 01 in and 07 out

should the correction be 33%? i just want the car to idle decently because, every now and then, the idle drops and the car tries to die. basically, i wont beable to get this car tuned on the dyno till next week.
