Wiring it in the morning. My z32MAFS has not arrived, I need one if yall have an extra.Wiring got that down.Turn key so it turns on.Select sensor type: Hot wire 5in 5outSelect 4 cylindersSelect sensor check.Does it by itself??? Select throttle sensor type.Put arrow up and to the right.Self learning throttle. How do I do this again?Newxt step it say turn off key and it saves, but WD says I need to initialize before doing so????Start car then do knock sensor.

What setting should I do? 5in/5outThrottle 20% low 60% high?Or is it 10%/50%(book)Also on dec settings. What is the ne1 and ne2 points?I"m goign to see my throttle % at 1600rrpms and set that for..Ah think I just read it. NE1 is thrttle% at 1000rpm and ne2 is 1600?

Also I'll ave 555cc injectors. 260/555=47 so I need to set to 53% but only goes to 50.I'll be getting to a dyno shortly to hook up to wideband. What would be best to set it and what page is it to show me how if you don't want to explain. Reading page 35 and I'm lost.Thanx for your help.Feel free to slap me in the back of the head at Atlanta.(But if my vert is there then no beer from the keg for you) Think I'll be bringing this hatch and my other hatch with the VG.It should be running by then.

-50% for idle RPM's is just fine...it might not be perfect but your going to be mostly driving anyways...it will not flood your motor

Where do I set -50%? also what about when I'm boosting? I'll only see small boost till I get to the dyno.

i remember structure posted his settings for 550cc's...im not sure..

anyways it would be around idle which is up to around 2200rpm? this would be on the low throttle map settings....at high throttle...before 3000rpm you dont really need to do anything because thats not high throttle anyway....when you are boosting thats up to you and your wideband..but you said you're going to the dyno so just do -50% across and cruise to the dyno

but he has 550's....-27% is for 370cc's

florida...what your talking about is that ACTUAL throttle....20% of the pedal your actually pushing down is considered your low throttle...from 20-60 is a combination of the two...over 60% of throttle your pushing with your foot is high throttle

now to move on..what im talking about is your MAPS...if you go into settings..then to LO throttle...youll see a whole map where you can adjust fuel by the increments....to show which maps will be used...you'll go back to how much of the pedal you are pushing down with your foot

hope i said it in a way thats easily understandable

Ah so I go to lo and high and it brings up the maps and then I can adjust %?Should I do 50% across the board for low and high?Maybe 30% for high?Only probably see 4lbs of boost might hit 7lbs.Once or twice. Also can I change the % with the car unning?Or do I need to turbn off car everytime to make adjustment?Say I'm on the dyno and need to get down to 11's and I'm at 13 so can I change the % while driving?Or even at idle?

intialize resets all the data so I dont recommend doing that, read the manual.

you can change settings whenever. just set and leave them alone. you'll do +% to add fuel.

just for a heads up, on my car i have 460cc injectors, and i read it should have be set at -41 to get it to stock injectors, but at -41 my car ran super lean!!! I was like in 17-18 air fuel ratio. to get my car to idle in 14's i have to have it at +3 so I dont know if you can determine what settings to run on safc just by factoring the injector % or maby my car is just weird

At idle the injector spray is close on any size injector as opposed to when they are spraying 80% duty cycle at which point a 370cc and a 550cc is very different. thats why Idle requires odd corrections to run right.

Time for new question due to my need of tuning. Should I make my maps the same for lo and hi throttle?

The basic % based off of stock injectors is just so you can get the car running semi right. It still requires fine tuning.

Leave high throttle alone. Stay out of it until you tune it.

I still got stock injectors.According to marc it's fine. Every car they have had runs rich with stock injectors even under boost. My car is running pretty rich. I had it runnign smooth at one point Hopefully I can tune tomorrow. If not taking my car to dyno with 555cc injectors.
