i do have a cold air intake and am thinking about putting an exhaust on. also i have hooked a scan tool up to it and pulled codes saying the car was lean in banks one and two. i was going to see if hooking the safc would correct the problem of it being lean.

intake and exhaust won't have much effect on your afr - not enough to tune. most newer cars now say they run lean (like my 05 bonneville) because of emissions. unless you put a blower on it you don't need to tune. plus if you don't know what you're doing you won't pass inspections and your car will run like crap.
