If you have a wideband setup, you could lean it out a tad, as the stock ECU is VERY rich. That way you could further familiarize yourself with the unit and it's functions.
Hint: The peak hold function is very nice for doing WOT pulls, monitoring the WBo2 readings (might want a friend to drive for you...). The moment you see a reading you don't like, immediately lift the throttle (or tell your friend to lift) and the SAFC will show the RPM at which you lifted, so you'll know what range to adjust. This keeps you from having to look at the tach and the WBo2 and the road and your friend who's driving and...you get the point.
Oh, FWIW, using stock MAF I found 5/5 worked well.
