I have a Red top sr20det with a tuned ECUI am getting a Z32MAF and a SAFCcan the SAFC be tuned to accomodate the ECU and MAF

MAF yes, ECU yes ... the S-AFC just converts the MAF voltage that the ECU sees so there is no reason it won't work.
