SAFC Air flow Wiring HElP ME Please

Hey guys, I think my wiring is screwed up on the safc air flow part. There are two wires, one yellow, one white, right now I have them hooked up together, than one line coming off of that and going to the ecu. But I also seen that maybe I'm supposed to cut the ecu wire, solder one of the wires to one side, then the other wire to the other side. Can anyone help me?

for the air flow wire you cut the white wire and from the pin side that goes to the white wire on the safc and then the other side that goes to all the senors or away from the ecu is the yellow wire. hope this helps.
