Yup, that's what a lot of ppl do. Helps w/ the down-time.
For each car, it may be a lil diff +/- some % and depends on the state of the injectors. But theoretically, yes -27% across the board (at higher throttle/rpm, you may want to set it a lil bit less for safety so you don't accidently lean out if injectors are used or whatnot).
Only way to REALLY know the right #'s is to go to a dyno and tune it for optimality b4 turbo.
