what does that mean?

its your horsepower reading corrected to the SAE standard of pressure and temperature.

basically its what your horsepower would be at the standard pressure and temperature.

its something like sea level [14.7 psia] and 70 degrees F.

Yep, STP is 1 atmosphere (or 14.7 PSI), and 25 degrees centigrade, which translates into around 77 degrees Farenheit, IIRC . . . I actually remembered something from chem last year, heh.
