last night i lost to to new style mustang gt, sucks, but i had to try it to see what if? i knew i will loose.

we were at around 80mph. he was behind me, so did what i had to do, but at around 120 he pasted me.one thing i notice that it took a while for him to do so.and defiantly he got more juice at higher gear/speeds.

mustangs are at 3550 lbs with 315 hp and 325 lbs.they run mid 13s at 102,103mph.

life must go on. i had fun.that is all .Caug.

Don't beat youself up too bad. You held him off for as long as you could. Actually that's not bad. There will be other people and other races

Uh correct me if i'am wrong but aren't they rated at just 300 horsepower and 320 lbs ?

what ever h.p. GT 's have, they run faster in 1/4 then M's . that's all.they also lighter , which is huge.better torque curve, stuff like.

actually i think they can hit around 150+ and aren't limited to 130.

I've gone 155 in 96 cobra. 10 years ago.this one was 06to 08 mustang. they go faster. come on now.

There is a limit of 155mph. But if the computer is reprogrammed, the limiter is non existent. i've had mine up too 152mph driving through New Mexico going to AZ. Still had a little pedal left. On the newer stangs (05+) it's hard to get to 150mph due to the aerodynamics.
