Yeah I'll go pull the caps. No problem. Even If the fix the Q I want new rims anyways, don't want to risk one being bent. The Caps are in good shape, but they are the Fitipaldi rims, even though they look exactly like the BBS of the 90's. Also, they have been refinished to a Gunmetal color... There are some scratches on the Fitipaldi centers from age, but you can find the 60mm center cap decals on ebay.

If you're still interested, let me know.. I'll go pull the caps tomorrow either way.

It's the Fitipaldi's that I have and can't find. All I find are the BBSs. You rock man! If you keep the whole car, let's talk about the whole wheels... :D

You're the greatest!

In FL? Only drive at night?

In the sun states, IPQ is the best, and still one of my favorite, colors.

The black interior might show wear less, but it is hotter. There is a guy on another Far Away Forum that traded a black on black 1995 t for his F50, which he just sold. He wishes he had kept the G50. It was in South FL.

Not sure I agree with that. I had 10 new Corvettes in a row, and my signature color combo was silver with a black leather interior. I live in Phoenix, and it doesn't get much hotter than it does here.

Now a black PLASTIC interior is terrible, but leather has the ability to adapt to body temp fast. After the first few seconds, the seats aren't hot at all, and the leather steering wheel did NOT burn my hands.

Surprisingly, the black leather held up beautifully, and I got no drying or cracking of the seats that I've seen with other colors. It also cleans up easily, and doesn't show wear or dirt.

I say if you like black interiors, get one. A Q45 with a black interior is gorgeous. I only wish my pearl white '05 had a black interior instead of the light tan, almost cream color.

Good to hear that you are able to walk after the accident.

You saved two lives and should be proud of it.

Glad you're OK man. Sorry about your Q, but I'm glad she took care of you.If you find anything in the West Palm Beach area, I'll be happy to check it out for you. There is a 96 Q45T with 55,000 miles in Jacksonville listed in autotrader. Of course their price is listed at $9,995. , but it's been there for several months now. http://www.coastalcars.com Worth looking into if you have the time to educate them in proper Q pricing.Vandi.

Hello,To echo the refrain, so glad you are well after your accident my fellow resident of god's waiting room. I saw a 96' Q45 Maroon for $4995 that is in Palm Bay, Fl. The car has 107,000 miles. According to the autotrader listing, the car "needs nothing"AT Car ID: AT-D70C3FE.If there are any Q's in Sarasota or Tampa that pique your interest, drop a line and I will be glad to check it out.CheersMark Linkous
