well i finish up at wyotech in 2 months and i really wanna get a job there. think its possible?

Not unless one of the low level techs quits first. They are currently trying to hire a nissan experianced tech. Right now though thats the only tech position open. We have 15 racks in the shop and 14 techs. It is seriously cramped in there. I started there in march [came from folsom] Since I have been there only one tech has left. His position was filled by a guy from the infiniti store who has been with this dealer for a few years. What I am saying is you could fill out an app but I wouldnt hold out for the job there though. I dont know if you instructors are honest with you or not about your potential for finding a job when you get out of there or not so I will be. When you get out of there dont count on a upperlevel job anywhere as a tech. The tech schools are not held with very high regaurd by dealers. Every tech school tech we have gotten in the dealer has gotten the low level paying job [lube tech] I hope you are preparred for that.

ya im not expecting a dealership job at all but its worth a try. oh well.

You should still apply by the slim chance someone does hit the road. I am not saying you wont get hired at a dealer. They do hire tech school students you just dont earn top pay till you have experiance.
