driver side has a rust hole where the seat bracket is, anyone know where i can find new ones and for how much? really need some help with this.

Zedd Findings, makes them, thats what MSA (zcarparts.com) sells, also baddogparts, sells pana nd rail kits, including longer stronger rails, they raisl have become very popular in the S30 crowds
