ok this will make it the fourth simultaneous project Im undertaking so prgress will be "lacking". But just thought i would share with you all the details and maybe some pics in the next few days of whats install...

basically old skool zed chassis meets BMW V12 engine and factory auto (for now), plan is to get it in and running then it will evolve into ultimately a manual gearbox backed TT V12, with the possibility of doing a DOHC conversion over the TT because legally i can register the V12 (pending it stays NA) so time will tell.

This is actually not my car, rather a long time friend's car however I suggested the conversion and sourced the engine. We will conduct all modifications (except pricison machinging eg: tail shaft balancing etc) in house and he will fund this venture.

should be a wild ride ladies and gentlemen, so buckle up and enjoy

nice plan.

check out http://www.hybridz.org if you havn't already... I think the BMW v12 has been swapped before, I know theres also a member there with a TT Jaguire V-12 and someone elese with a Viper's V-10 in S-30s... they should be able to help if you run into problems.

would it interest you to know that Pull-a-part has a 7 series... I saw it about 2 weeks ago and when I was there it still had its drivetrain... if the thought is still in your head I'd rush out there cause engines tend to dissappear out of expensive vehicles out there on a daily basis
