s15 turbo

So I did some reading and got a few different answers. What psi is the stock actuator of an s15 turbo? I have heard 12 psi and I have heard 14psi as well.

Also would the hks adjustable actuator be able to adjust down to 7psi?

If not would the t25 waste gate fit on the spec r turbo?

Reason I ask is cause I'm desperately trying to get my car back together and I don't have enough for a tune or injectors yet so If I do choose to buy a new turbo instead of an oem t25 then I need a way to lower boost levels.

edit:also would my tomei elbow for the t25 fit the spec r?

Im believe its set at 9 psi factory. the t25 will not fir cause of the brackets are different and the lenths of the rods are diff too. on the other hand if you have the hks acualtor you can try and use the eom bracket and turn down the s15 but it would be laggy cause it was made to go greater or eqaul to 9.

Just leave it at the stock 9 psi you should be fine, also the Tomei elbow should fit, it says its made for S13-S15 SR's.
