hey guys i got a s15 turbo for my ca18, just wondering if i had upgraded fuel pump, and kept boost at 12 psi, would i need any other supporting mods to make it run right? also what do i need to install the turbo? is it same manifold as the CA one, or do i use s15 manifold and lines?

How would you use an SR20 manifold? I have an S15 turbo, I had to make a new return line, you have to get a different intake flange, you have to clock the compressor housing if you are using the stock CA manifold.

i used the stock lines. didnt have to do a damn thing except use 2 mani--> turbo gaskets. im not sure how well the stock 370s would cope without some extra fuel pressure.

i had to buy a flange bit so i could clamp a hose to it. just look around for a gt28 inlet flange, it shouldnt cost you more than 20 bucks shipped and most turbo places should have one. try cheapturbos.com or something. i used my stock lines but they required some careful bending so they would fit right. you have to be really gentle or youll end up crushing them and restricting oil and/or coolant flow. i think i heated mine with a torch so they didnt kink up when i bent them. youll be fine funning it stock but if you are boosting more than the stock 7psi youll run out of fuel on those wimpy 370s. some larger injectors, a fpr and some fuel management would be a good idea if you crank up the boost.

http://www.atpturbo.com has the inlet, in 2.5" and 3". also has the stuff you need to do a custom oil/coolant feed and return line setup.

honestly just make the lines yourself, it'll make life easy.

The oil feed line will run you about $20 or less. probably $70 in fittings and $20 in SS hose you shouldnt need more than 4 ft., I bought 6 ft and had 2.5ft left over.

On my S15 turbo I used the stock lines and aparently the oil feed line somehow didn't seal properly and cause oil to leak.

ATP has all the fittings and line for you to make it yourself, they dont sell a kit like taka does.

I dont suggest go through ATP for fittings as they are a rip off. $14 for a coolant fitting is absurd. For about $18 I can get 3 that are needed for the turbo and block.

I suggest local hydraulics shop or anplumbing since they have everything.

Only thing I suggest getting from ATP is a GT oil drain flange, and GT restrictor oil inlet fitting, and the intake flange.
