K I need to know if I can run the s15 turbo on stock injectors safely at 10 psi? Because Im trying to order a new s15 Turbo but I have the choice of using the hks waste gate which are set to 10psi I believe. I dont have the money for new injectors, maf, and a tune right now so thats out of the question. I need some info on this.

Get the HKS Actuator, the turbo+actuator from FRSport is $795, I just received mine lol you should be fine with the stockers but a fuel pump couldnt hurt! And a boost controller as well.

I read in your build that you are pulling it apart to replace gaskets, now would be a good time to do the headgasket because itll wanna blow once you turn up the boost. Search: Clawhammer

lol thats actually the set I was looking at. So on 10 pounds I dont have to worry about running too lean and I can just run off the waste gate right?

Ya Im thinking of doing the head gasket too. Tryin to do some research on the Cosworth.

You SHOULDNT, people on here will tell you they have been running 15psi for years w/ no other upgrades and no issues, so dont take my word as the word of God lol but yes you should be fine.

Im going to get an Apexi AVC-R and turn it down to like 8 because I dont want to take any risks. Then after a couple months Ill snag a Z32 MAF, 550s, and a Tune.

Not quite sure, I think itd be in LPH though. And one more peice of advice: instead of posting new threads for all your questions just use your build thread because its gonna get alot more traffic than in here. This sectio doesnt get too much attention.

Yep and I'm one of them. I've mentioned it numerous times. My nephews been running not 15 but 16 psi for years with a S15 turbo, on nothing more than a 255 lph fuel pump. I on the other hand don't like to cheap out on my motor, so I have all the supporting mods. Regardless, 10 psi with a S15 turbo on a SR is cake though.

Just saw a thread where a guy ran 12psi w/ 370cc and a walboro 255. He made 270 whp with 12:1 afr. I would say 10psi will be ok.

zer...t-lbs

theres the thread, no graph tho
