My best guess is that you would need the flywheel and 6 speed clutch assembly. Making it fit on the car isnt too hard if you get the driveshaft and rear differential. You can make a custom driveshaft but supposedly the 6 speed doesnt feel too good on the 5 speed differential gearing. And if you get the S15 differential you need to use the S15 half shafts (supposedly).
The OEM part numbers are:30100-89F00 Disk assembly, clutch 9900 yen30210-89F00 Cover assembly, clutch 13500 30223-07S00 Bolt to hold pressure plate to the flywheel 110 30240-07S00 Washer and clutch cover bolt for the pressure plate bolts 160 12310-89F10 Flywheel assembly 57000 32202-B9500 Pilot bushing 170 12315-89F00 Flywheel bolts 290
As for the clutch fork and release bearing, use the S14 SR parts. The rest of the parts used are most likely sourced from an S13 SR manual.
This is of course assuming the flywheel bolt pattern on the back of the S13, S14, and S15 crankshafts are the same. If the S15 is in fact different, then you would need to swap your S13 crankshaft with an S15 crankshaft, but I dont see this as too likely.
