S15 timing please help!

ive got a 89 s13 pignose with a s15 sr20det 6spd that i recently purchased and the timing is off i believe by one tooth, ive removoved the valve cover and rotated the motor (36 times) and the closest the dimples on the cam gears and the colored links on the timing chain have came have been one tooth off. Does ANYONE know how to time one of these?

you can get the Timing info on http://www.Zilvia.net they have full articles on this. GL
