10-12 psi will cause detonation on a T28. I suggest running 7-ish. The T28 flows a lot more air than the T25 does, so running the T28 at 12 psi is not the same as it would be on the T25.

You will have to elongate one of the bolt holes on the T25 turbo elbow to work, as well as the gasket if you reuse your T25 gasket. Other than that, it will bolt up.

I have a T28 from an S15, been running at 12ish, highest spike at 13. I have it at that setup for over two years, probably less than 10k miles. my motor is a redtop, had a head job, matched ported exhaust and intake. Intercooler, and all the other supporting mods. Also SAFC

I also had a thread about the T28. No restrictor needed, use stock banjo into block.

http://www.phase2motortrend.com/babeoilretsi.html0.03" oil restrictor bolt for the turbo side. Intended for all GT or T-series ball bearing turbo chargers. Ball bearing turbos require use of the restrictor bolt to avoid over-pressuring the turbo oil seals.
