ok sorry for the noobish question

does the s15 t28 bolt right up to the stock sr20 manifold ? or do you need a different one.

does everything else stay the same when i swap the turboes out ?

It will bolt right up you may have to modify your hotpipe a little b/c of the compresser outlet is at a different angle.

Nothing is ever a strait bolt on. Dont get your hopes up.

be sure to purchase the inlet, outlet and oil drain fittings also. These make the job far easier. Also, consider buying taka lines instead of trying to bend and shape your stock lines.

go with the braided lines. they will make your life so much easier. even with a stock turbo.

get a standard GT28R. the lines will fit perfectly that way, although you'll have to clock it to fit. but it's new, so no big deal there. i think you can even order the GT28R with a properly-flanged compressor housing, although i don't know if this option comes only as S15-spec meaning different fittings on the center section. in any case a turbo capable of 300whp day in, day out should probably not be restricted to breathing through a 2" hole. you replace the MAFS and remove a huge bottleneck (aside from the obvious change in sensor voltage readings), why stop it up at the turbo?
