Do you care about your CC or SRS Airbag system? If not it should be fairly easy I'll bet they have a same nissan wheel spline. You will proably need a puller to remove your s14 wheel though. Did you find somebody who is selling the S15 wheels? or what?

I’m pretty sure the s15 wheel bolts right up with the s14 hub, you may or may not need to mess with the airbag wires... I’m pretty sure you "shouldn’t" have to mess with them though, they should plug right up. I put the s14 steering wheel on my s14 and it was fine. The hub matched up perfectly... I just had to drill into the steering wheel cover to mount my cruise control. I had to cut away at some of the cruise control cover a bit so it would fit... I don’t think there is room on the s15 wheel to do that so you may need to get creative and find a different way/place to mount it.

let me get this straight, you said you put a s14 steering wheel on your s14? do you mean like a jdm s14 wheel on you usdm S14 or something? or S14 on your S13 you sig shows a picture of a an S14 so I'm a little confused. Would you mind explaining a little? I put different wheels on my S13, when I had it. I haven't done it to my S14. but shouldn't be all that bad as long as you have access to diagnositc tools for SRS system to reset and fix trouble codes. thanks for you input. I'd prefer the S15 wheel if I could get my hands on one. so I 'd like to know if it is possible.

Sorry I wasn’t clear but yes I put the JDM S14 wheel on my USDM S14 (that’s my car in the sig). I didn’t get any trouble codes or errors concerning the SRS airbag system so you probably don’t need to worry about that. (the JDM S14 wheel uses the SRS system). The JDM S14 airbag wiring plugs right up to the stock US wiring. I don’t know anyone personally who has put an S15 wheel on an S14 but I found some threads on Zilvia about the install. It sounds just like the JDM S14 wheel install, it’s basically plug and play with the airbag wires and the horn wires...

and another thread...

I hope that helps answer your concerns and questions...

Some notes about my install…I have a small gap between the steering wheel and steering column cover but it not a big deal in my opinion and for some reason when you take off the S14 wheel and put it back or any wheel back on for that matter it clicks when you turn the wheel. Again it’s really not a big deal because its such a quite click, you can only hear it when the car is off. I think they discuss a solution in the second link. You said you have swapped wheels before so Im sure you already know this but I cant stress enough to make sure the battery terminals are disconnected from the car before you start to take off the airbag and when you re-connect the new one... and be careful when you start the car for the first time... I have heard that airbags can be screwy when you disconnect and reconnect them. I have never heard of something happening but its better to be safe than sorry. Good luck with the install if you decide to do it, let us know how it goes...
