The S15 steering wheel literally bolts right up to an S14 with no wiring changes or anything.
First off, unplug your battery and let it sit for a few hours, with the keys OUT of the ignition.
When you install the steering wheel, center your wheels first with the old wheel. Then take your old steering wheel off. You will now see a yellow-sticker marked SRS assembly, this is your air bag clockspring, otherwise known as the spiral cable. Right now, it is centered. It can only spin in each direction from center about 2-3 revolutions. I highly advise you to not spin it from center as you risk over-spinning it and thus breaking it. Now, you will see an alignment pin sticking out from it. It should be on the top. If you look at your S15 steering wheel, that hole for the alignment pin will be about the 8 o'clock position. Just spin the clock spring counter-clockwise until the pin lines up with the steering wheel. Then, install everything as you would with the old wheel. Even the airbag plug is the same. Good luck.
