s15 steering wheel on a s13?

Can you put an s15 steering wheel on a s13?

I see the s13 has a splined shaft and the s14/s15 are smooth?has anone suceeded in converting one?

man i feel like a genius now after removing the front cover i see it is in fact splined just not all the way through.

ive seen it on a buds car, my s14 shaft and wheel are both splined so if urs is it should work, my friends wasnt custom or anything
