I'll measure it when I go to the shop later today.

Hey wmdavis007 did you figure out the horn on that thing ? I just got an s15 steering wheel too, and was wondering if you were able to figure it out yet????Those two silver plastic things on mine were a little worn out so I took it apart and painted it flat black, looks swee-eet.

No...never got to it. I really didn't like how it fit...had a gap between the wheel and steering column. Since then I got an S13 Silvia steering wheel that is brand new looking.

I've seen it work with the horn, they usually used the ring for air bag & horn behind the S15 steering wheel

The whole center area of an S15 steering wheel is the airbag...it's the horn button. DO NOT ATTEMPT to tamper with the airbag...they can kill you! No crap! Without the airbag there would be no center in your steering wheel. Just leave it alone would be my advise. Plus the S15 wheel doesn't fit that great in an S13...when installed there is a big gap between the wheel and the column cover...now if I had an S14 I would rock one no doubt (plug and play on an S14).

Hey I remember your the dude that taught me how to post on Nico lolz

Thats besides the point. I did do entire pillar elemination and get one of my interior quarter panels done looking hella nice but I'm still doing that interior build VERY slowly haha limited budget and play time.

but has anyone just simply put a s14 column into a s13. Wiring doesn't scare me and I can get a s14 column cheap. Just wondering about fitment.

I'm already taking long enough adding customizing my dash so I don't want to try and custom fit a s14 column but I really like how it looks with the s15.

If not I'm just going s13 silvia wheel.

Great to hear from you! Sounds like you got a great project in the works. As for the S14 steering column in a S13 I'm not sure. Not sure how the S14 column bolts up...that would be a big issue...and wiring. But if you can get one cheap or free why not try it. Keep us updated on your project...take pictures and post some of your progress. Lets us know what you find out about the column.

Well I got my S15 steering wheel in. Did the whole ring thing so my horn works just fine. Looks pretty badass.

Hi all, on related subject, did your turn signals still self cancel after installing an s15 steering wheel?
