Haven't seen too many people talking about this swap - how common is it out there? Any others out there done it?

Thanks

I forgot the reason something doesn't work right when you transfer that engine into an s14. some kinda gauge is in some part or something and....... I don't know but I know that there was a fairly big problem with it.

Well, we just finished the swap and all is running smooth... there are some minor electrical things needing to be fixed but hopefully should have it nailed down soon.

Just looking for some others with knowledge in case it is needed - if not, we're going to hopefully create our own wiring "cheat sheets" once we get completely finished.

the problem is not the engine, but the rear end the and speedometor. the speedometer signal is sent with through the differential and not the transmission.. thus re routing the signal wire to the gauge. the dif must be included with the swap or you will have to go shopping online. also, the transmission wont fit perfectly and you will have to custom mount it yourself or via shop.
