Has anyone done this b4 i have a the block laying around. Iplan on drilling in and threading oil squirters, and welding shut and grinding down the oil route for the vtc on the s15 block will this work ?

it has been done before. However, i don't think you have to drill or weld shut the oil route for the vtc. there is no corresponding hole on the head so it should seal itself.
