I am planning on a s15 headlight conversion and have noticed that importfan.com sells s15 radiator supports. I was wondering if anybody has used this to do their conversion or if anybody knows the fitment issues involved. It would be great if i dropped in fairly easily, that way the lights will sit on their stock position and I wouldnt have to fabricate supports. thanx

To make it fit, you'll have to drill out the spot welds holding the oldradiator support, cut in a few places, and then reweld the new support on. Or you can just customize your original to make it fit. They are almost exactly the same other than the fact that the S15 has a couple holes on the top of the support to mount the headlights onto and the area for the back of the headlights is much bigger.
