If i get the s15 headlights convertion, do i have to get the s15 or the 95 240sx model exterior parts (carbon fiber hood, front bumper, fenders, etc.)? Thanks in advanced for your responses.

even though there may not be much info, search strawberry face conversion or s15 conversion.

You need to replace everything to accomodate the S15 headlamps. That includes what you listed. Also, if you don't get a kit, it's not bolt on.

dude, depending on who you order it from, from my understanding, a strawberry face conversion comes with head lgihts, core support, front bumper, and fenders, not sure on hood. Also, when looking for a carbon fiber hood, just look for S15 conversion and so on. ViS makes one for the conversion. C-west and others make fiberglass hoods. It should come with the kit (the hood) not sure though. Hope I helped some.

actually, maybe you didn't do a correct search. I know everything I need to know for a conversion just through searching. It takes time...over an hour or so. Have you spent that long?

even though it may take a lot of refining to get the right results, you'll get your answers if you look hard enough.

BTW, a little while ago, I called up a respected tuning shop around and asked about a Strawberry face conversion, about how much it'd cost. They said they order them and however they arrive is how much they pay. I.E., a kit thats in perfect condition will cost ya about 3k, which they said someone where I live, actually paid that amount, but usually, they are goin to run you about 1300 to 2 something. Of course they line up well, but you also have to pay for the aftermarket hood. BTW, s86d, and nolaws4evr, how much did that kit cost ya'll?,assuming it came with what i guess is the drift kit or w/e. Also, s86d, did you buy that CF hood after you bought the kit, or were you able to replace in part w/ the OE hood for a little bit more $$? Ya'lls cars look really clean and, well since I can't say I am going to get one since thats a ricer kind of thing to say or w/e, I plan on getting an s15 conversion. Oh yeah, sorry to drag on, but, lets say you buy a body kit from someone else, i.e., one from c-west, do-luck, will the front bumper align right or what?

yes i did have a buddys body shop help me out a little. I got my kit from Extreme Dimensions and it was pure s***. fenders and bumper didnt line up for jack, took lots of hours to make it look like it does now which = $$$$$ out the A$$$$ at any body shop. luckily i knew these guys and they were willin to cut me a huge break. the kit I paid 2150 shipped to the shop. from there I ended up cuttin a check for 2800 to get the keys to my new s14.5

Ill post up a couple pics to show you how it came out. note, there was a 1-1.5 inch gap btwn fender and door, also had to make edges for bumper and fenders to line up correctly.

disregard the bling factor please, they have since been removed

Looks nice! The bling I mean. Seriously though, I couldn't even tell you had a CF hood too. How much was it and who makes it?

mine came through http://www.wholesalehyperformance.com it was 2K shipped with the dealer rate that my friend drftdmn has. I only got the vented carbonfiber hood because they did not have the bumper i wanted(the one nolaws has) so we compromised. it was a decent kit but it will take more man hrs to get it right.

All you need is the hood and fron bumper. my buddy just did a strawberry face, and he bought the s14.5 fenders from GTP. and they sucked, shiety quality and the sills were huge. so he ended up using the old fenders. he just cut them with metal cutters and body putty the rest. and the headlights can be fitted on the original radiator support.
