S15 output shafts

OK so heres the deal. Just got finished installing the HLSD, went well. BUT now there seems to be a problem with the output shafts not matching up. Symptoms are:

Diff. grinds in ALL gears under no load, wheels spinUnder load, wheels WILL NOT spin, diff grinds.

A friend of mine installed the HLSD into the S13 pumpkin (same as me) and his went in with no problems.

Any help would be appreciated.

I'll probably need S15 output shafts, so some help in finding those would be greatly appreciated.

Need Help fast on this one guys....My baby is down until i can find some output shafts for her. Ive e-mailed several shops/companies that import from japan, any other suggestions?
