Can someone please explain this or if the owner of what I saw, tell me how you got this car. Over this past weekend in or near Fullerton going northbound on Brookhurst St I saw a familar yet distinctive car. He went all the way north on Brookhurst and made a right on Commonwealth. This guy was driving a S15 Silvia. The car had the driver on the right side and I am almost positive it wasn't a conversion...it looked way too clean and the whole car (not just the front, but the back as well) looked like a factory S15 straight from Japan with the correct emblems. I did notice that the plates were from Arizona...and I have heard/witnessed how easily things can get done in AZ with regards to car registration...but still anyone else hear/see this in Cali?

If this is common my bad...

so they basically imported and got it regiestered in AZ using some *gray area* techniques?

If that is possible what are the negative trade offs? Besides the fact that one would need to go to AZ to register the car?

negatives???

Getting caught. Having a 20k. dollar car smashed to a million pieces.

Fearing "the man" everytime you get in your car, that you paid a lot of money for.
