OMG! The Swift Springs S15! My favorite S15 of all time! Usually, I don't get star struck over certain cars, but I'll make an exception for this one. The ad says it was primarily built for drifting, but thats not totally true. It was built to be a Time Attack car and redeem the S15's imagine after the Daishin S15's losing season in JGTC caused the chassis to be phased out in favor of the Z33. It was built to be on par with other GT300 cars, but with an extra 100hp...

That was right around the time drifting was blowing up in the states and I guess the car got relegated to drift duty instead after being cast in Toyko Drift and never actually got to Time Attack...

Man, if I had $25k and some place to put this beauty. Its probably the only RHD car I've ever really wanted... :frown:

I'd give them ~$12k. The car has been beat to hell...

Yeah, nothing like a beat up used engine, worn suspension and a dented and abused body for $25 thousand bucks. Pass.

It still cool, but not worth it.

That happens after you buy and fix up a few used cars, son. Too bad it's the truth.

It doesnt have much to do with a beat body/engine. Its the title and the race history that you buy really. sounds reasonable i guess with alittle hagglin

Exactly what "racing history" do you refer to?

Yeah for real. It never really got a chance to Time Attack or break any records. I couldn't care less what it did drifting... I just like the design scheme of it more than anything else. I guess you could say you've got a movie car at least?

But I would totally try to retrofit it for street duty and put an S14 vin on it... :chuckle:

Well it was featured in a magazine. It also competed in many major drift events but it only came in 2nd at best. Lots of quality parts. But at the same time it might be more of a collecters car I guess. Its not like hes asking for an arm and leg..
