s15 headlight conversion

i want to do a s15 headlight conversion on my s14 but i'm not sure what exactly it entails. the lights cost around $550 but it doesn't seem like they would fit right in. this is not ur average replacement. what all will be necessary (including cutting of sheetmetal and such). the year of my car is '95.

a lil more specific plz. and an estimated price would be good. also there is talk about kits for this job and i believe i've seen some but none seem complete. help plz.
