I think the S15 T28 bolts right on to stock manifold, I think* also curious because I hope to be soon doing this.

by nismo mounts, im going to assume nismo motor/transmission mounts? (cant think of anything else it would mean)

in that case, no. it shouldnt matter what kind of motor mounts you have

kinda confused why you would think of that, or did you mean something totally different?

I thought the same, maybe Eds means like if the mounts make the engine sit higher or lower, I dont know if they change where the engine sits...but maybe hes worried about the fitment of the turbo in the engine bay if hes running a stock manifold.

IC hotpipe needs to be modified. It is a pain in the *** to make it fit right. Also, the inlet uses a two bolt flange. I had an SR T25 before and I had to modify that inlet to use the T28. The drain flange is different and its advised you use a GT series gasket and return flange. Mine was kinked because it had to make a 90* bend to go into the oil pan. I ended up using a Russell Performance 45* 1/2" NPT fitting and it worked out well.

If you're using it on the stock cast mani, you may/maynot need to grind down the compressor housing to get it to clear the turbo mani, if you're using the SSAC mani, then you'll be fine.

The NISMO motor mounts have no bearing on the fitment of the turbo, It should fit fine either way.

The inlet is totally different from the stock CA T25 and the flange is oriented differently from the SR T25. If you need an adapter to use your stock suction pipe for the CA, I think I've got one laying around still.

the oil drain flange is different in that the bolt spacing is farther apart. You can try elongating the holes, but when I did it, mine didn't seal. I'd reccomend a T28 specific oil drain and gasket.

The stock wastegate setting is only about 5 psi. The turbo creeps badly with that pressure on my car, but I've got high compression. Stock compression cars don't seem to have a problem with it. 5 psi is actually a really low boost level for this turbo on this motor and I would plan on a boost controller to bump it up to at least 10 psi as that will put you into it's effeicency range.
