S15 Front End Conversion

I saw on Bomex's web site that they were able to convert the front end of a S13 to that of an S15. Is there anyone out there who has done this and if so, what modifications are required? The headlights on the S15 are really cool, and so are its bodykits, I really want to do this to my car.
