i was just wondering how much an s15 front end conversion would cost to do on an s14 and what sort of fabrications would you have to do to the front end. ive been in the import scene for a while now, i just never really wanted to much more to my car, but i want it to stand out. i will soon be selling my 93 240 and buying a 97 or 98. thanks for the help.brent

i know that they make kits to replace the body panels but i was wondering about the entire front clip. i saw one about a month ago. it was the entire front end of the car from the dash foward. i believe it has to be welded onto the frame but im not sure. i think the kit i saw was for an s14 but if i can find out how difficult it is, i wont have any problem gettin the parts shipped over from japan because one of my good friends is stationed there for awhile.

S15 fenders will not match up with the S14. They may bolt on, but that's about it. ;)

There are several aero companies offering conversion fenders, however, they vary in fitment quality.

Sometimes you'll also see people fuse the OEM metal S14 and S15 fenders together too. Basically, you'd cut each one in half and weld em' up.

The S15 hood and bumper bolt on fine.

Are ya talkin bout the complete front end with motor and all from the S15 or just body parts? For motor and dash and everything, ya better know what your doin or have some money! Lots of fab! Without dash and just motor, your gonna need all the drivetrain setup from the S15 which most places sell with the clips. If ya have engine swap experience ya might be able to do yourself, wiring could be difficult, but ya could find someone to help with this. For just body parts, thats cake, Either buy a conversion kit that will come with all ya need, or peice yourself a kit together(what i did). Good lUck

nobdy is ever goin to need a radiator support for this conversion unless your trying to honeslty make the car a s15 in every aspect. THe front end just go to http://www.importfan.com and get the pieces from there I think they have the s14 stuff.

they sell crappy fenders from wat i heard the lines dont match up and the gap between the hood and fender is pretty big, to make it look nice put out the money if not then you are goin to end up spending more on moding the fender to look right....

http://www.takakaira.com <-------go there, the company that makes the conversion is west yokohoma(i think) something along those lines

or MASA

S15 core support gives an oem place for the S15 lights to bolt onto, sure its 300+ but its just the price I decided to pay to do a correct and cleaner looking S15 front end- I'd rather not cut and make my own brackets...

import fan is not famous for their quality, basicallly the fenders will not fit the way they are supposed to until you mod them and spend some time on them but thats the price you pay

But importfan products are not their own. There are plenty of JDM body kits from their website. Im not saying that their s15 conversion is good. But I mean they have other good stuff like Bomex and yashio factory. But that is s13 im talking about, but im jsut trying to say the company itself isnt horrible.
