I have most of gear ready to do it, I just need to make sure I have absolutely everything ill need and also a free weekend to make it happen.
Thought id do a parts list of what I have and if anyone has something to add feel free as I feel im missing a few things but I just cant think of what they are
I have so far ( bare essentials ):
S15 sr20det with loom and turbo
S13 gearbox with mounts
Exedy light flywheel
Exedy clutch
Sr20 t28 braided turbo lines ( motor didnt have lines )
Tail shaft
Spigot bush
Thrust bearing
Clutch master and slave cylinders
Braided clutch line
Clutch and brake pedals
Intercooler
S15 cooler pipes
Radiator hoses
Extra bits I bought for the build:
Dual core s15 copper cored radiator
Short shifter
Lsd diff
Metal head gasket
Boost water and oil press gauges
Alloy suction
This is my first sr20 tinker so....
QUESTIONS - ( I know I can look these up but I thought id try get people involved? See how we go I guess )
Is it paossible to use the n/a afm or is the turbo afm bigger?
Is there any issues with using my current power steering lines? Auto pipes the same and what not.
I shouldnt have any problems with the speedo working if I am using the s13 gearbox yeh?
Think ill stop here haha see what responses I get before I keep typin away.
