I need whatever help I can get. I found a kit for a 89-94. Its about 1600 w/ lights from SCO. Anyone know anywhere cheaper. I know is isn't expensive, I just wanna make sure. Also I'll be doing it myself. I've done othe mods before. This is my firs on a Nissan. Anything I should know. Anyone else done a s15 conversion.

i have done s15 conversion before...i dun think it loks right with a vert becasue the s15 front end is soo wide and round it doens't match the body lines of an s13 coupe or vert. you can go widebody in the rear and it iwll look a little better but thats jsut my opinion. keep in mind most fiberglass kits need molding and and shaving and cutting to fit properly. good luck with your project though.

yea bro, i thought of doing that on ours also, but it just doesnt fit it. try maybe a s13 jdm look or s14 front. i know that looks bad *** on it.

yeah there was a favorite front end on convertible thread with a lot of badass vert pictures if you can dig it up.

I used to like the s15 on vert and bought some parts to do it but then I changed my mind and stuck with the 180 style front end, it just doesn't go with the square back end.

anyway if you are asking how to do it then you will probably want to leave it to a body shop for panel fitting and stuff otherwise its likely to look like ***. there will be a good bit of drilling and sanding and probably some fiberglassing before its all gonna look right.

as for a good deal I think raceonusa.com has some of the best prices on aero parts and their stuff seems to be of decent quality. for the headlights I think courtesy nissan has them cheapest. for the headlight brackets you can order stock s13 silvia brackets from courtesy which I think 1 bolt lines up with or for a little more ($120 I think) get the SWAT ones (you'll probably have to google that to find them) they bolt right up.

I agree that the rear-end is more square on the vert than the S15 front, but the S15 front looks so damn good there's got to be a matching treatment for the rear.

Widebody fenders?

Are rear spoilers passe'?

Anybody kow the best place to get rare stock parts like switches and buttons for your car? When I bought my vert the cover for the quarter panel windows weren't on the switches. Any body know where to get small items like these?

a junkyard is your best bet but for those switches if you sand down regular power window switches they fill fit.
