Ive search and came up nothing . Just wondering if they are the same turbo or is there something different ? I notice on my gt28r it does not have the separator between the wastegate and the turbine. Hopefully I got the right turbo, because its the same part # as the s14 turbo(t28) 14411-69F00. How can I tell if its the real GT series?

The GT28R is the same as the S15 turbo. Where did you order from? You have to be carful because some places sell a journal bearing versions of the T28 turbo (as opposed to dual ball bearing).

If you have a turbo that has the serial number 14411-69F00 then you got an S14 turbo. Its still a ball bearing.

What makes the S15 turbo differnt are materials used in the turbine and the formentioned wastegate divider.

No idea but that number you gave is a Nissan part number. Nissan uses a 10 digit system.

The turbo model will be stamped on the ID tag if you got a turbo from another source other than Nissan (ie HKS, Garrett, etc).

The GT28R is good for 200-280 hp. The S14 turbo is good for basically the same amount of power. The A/R of the two are the same between the GT28R, S14 turbo and S15 turbo so they are all nearly the exact same.
