s14sr Internal parts question

I was wondering what parts will be better. I need new rings and head gasket so i want to put in piston or rods witch will allow me to handle more power. I have a 50-70 trim turbo and 38mm wastgate 255lbh fule pump, i'm look to make 300hp fore street's driving, 400 for drift and 450-500 for a quick street race. i'm putting in 850 injectors and then later cams. I was look at parts at sema and there is too meany parts available. I was help selling a hitch product calld step the e-xtend a step. also forgot metal head gasket and arp head studs.

i will turn the boost down for when i drive on street and then turn it up for racing. planing on running 10lbs street 20-28lbs for race.
