How do I take these things off. I was looking for an exploded pic on the assembly but I can't find jack. The Chilton manual sucks for it. I started to remove nuts and bolts but the corner lights are attached to the headlamps, which covers the remaining two nuts that hold the headlamps to the frame. The corner lights seem to be attached in two places to the headlamp, one which is easily disconnected. The other is very hard to reach if not impossible with the lamps still atached. I couldn't figure it out.

The corner lights are held in by one screw and a snap. Unscrew the top screw and pop loose the "lower snap". (I say snap, but it's kinda like a peg and hole design. Best way I can explain it.) Once you have that out, then you can take the headlight out. You may not actually have to take out the corners, just unscrew it. I can't remember right this second. After you get that screw out, there are 4 bolts to unscrew to get out the assembly. I think there's 2 near the grille and 2 near the corner light. After that it should come right out. Oh and you need to disconnect the grille from the headlight. You'll probably see what I'm talking about.

Yep, the above post pretty much covers it. It is possible to change the lights without taking the headlight assembly off the car, but it is a lot easier to just take the whole thing off. After you have done it a couple of times it only takes ~5 mins to take off both sides.

Yeah I was just changing the bulbs. I was able to put them in yesterday. It seemed like an easier alternative to take the light off that remove the battery and airbox. I also had never done it before. I wasn't quit sure how to move that clip that holds the actual bulb in place, b/c I couldn't see it with the lights atached. Now that I know I could probably do it with everything in place.

I have another question: How do you aim these ****ers?

Just go here ( http://www.zeroyon.com/TheSite/techservice.html ) and you can DL it to your computer. I replace the bulbs with the housings in place. It's a bit tricky since you can't really see what you're doing, but I don't feel like taking out the whole assembly. Plus I have a CAI so I only have to take out the battery.
