I did the conversion following the wiring on some thread on 240sxforums and people have said it worked fine for them. I know I followed the wiring diagram correctly and I soldered/shrink wrapped every connection. My problem is that my fuel gauge is maxed out and I mean pinning out on the cluster. Another thing is that my temp gauge is slightly above the "cold" line. My car is not running yet, but for now those are my 2 problems. Has anyone had the same problems? Or does anybody have a wiring diagram so that I can check over my wiring?

if you look on your zenki and kouki gauges every wire running through the back of it will have a word or some initials on it. you just need to screw the diagram you were using and figure it out by your two gauge clusters. thats what i did and it works perfect. +1 for the solder and heat shrink. if you still cant figure it out let me know cause i will be back in mine today or tomorrow and i can check the colors for you.

If you can do that, that would be awesome. I didnt take the needles out and I didnt really touch any of the internals. I just wired it up and fuel gauge is sky high.
