S14 Zenki > Kouki

Hi, this question has probably been asked hundreds of times but here we go again....So I’m currently car shopping and I’ve been looking for a s14 kouki but there are practically NONE for sale up here in the northwest and the ones that are for sale are 10k+. I’m thinking of getting maybe a zenki 240sx with a engine swap already in it and then doing the conversion.

So on to my real question…I want to do a kouki conversion but I’m not sure what parts are needed exactly. Also is most of the conversion just bolt on?

I know for sure that you need:

Kouki HeadlightsKouki Corner LightsRight FenderLeft FenderHoodBumper

But what about the other things like:

Upper Bumper RetainerHeadlight Brackets (Do zenki brackets work?)Core Support AssemblyTurn Signals (Required by law?)Hood Hinges (Do zenki hinges work with kouki hood?)

Any input would be appreciated

And yes I have used the search bar but every topic I found seems to drift away from the question asked.

try searching in other places besides just nico. like, maybe google (nico has a google search bar, too). i searched google and a complete list with factory part numbers was in the very first link. btw, that link is to a thread on nico so you failed at searching.

Keep searching and you will find quite a few threads about this topic. Been covered many many many many times and since you already knew that "this question has probably been asked hundreds of times but here we go again", Why make another thread about it.

PS. I also had the same exact luck as numbnuts, Its like the second link in google if you type in "s14 kouki conversion". U may have searched but not this topic, or you would have found proper info.

BTW, your topic is misleading also, because your topic is stating that s14 Zenki is better than (>) Kouki. And by your statments and what you want to do, it would seem that you like the Kouki > Zenki.

Also seems that the level of fail in this thread is awfully high. Seen higher, but this is pretty close.
