s14 with D2 Coilovers...Wheel-tire question

Anyone out there have an s14 with D2 coilovers on it? If you have one, what size rims and tires are you running? I have searched to see if I could find some setups that work for sure, but have had no luck. I have a 97 240 that I want to put on some 18s, but have heard conflicting info on what will work and what will not. Any input would be great. Thanks.

What are the specs of the wheels you're looking at?

If they have a +40 offset, don't even think about it....

I tried a set of 8" rims that I think had a 38mm offset and they were rubbing the spring. What do you think I should try??

If it's 8 inches wide, go with an offset of 30 or less.
