S14 wipers staying on

I swapped a S14 SR20DET into a S14 chassis. I'm sure all the under dash wiring is correct, but the wipers stay on low speed any time the key is turned on. When I got the motor, I found the wiper amp (brown box that goes by ABS unit) was full of water and obviously shot. Could this cause the wipers to stay on? If so, where could I get one for a S14 SR20DET...the old one from the KA has a different plug.I removed the box and they still stay on. Thanks for any help!

I have a blacktop s13 in a s14 chassis. I have a prob where the intermittent wiper goes up and then registers its start/stop from that position. Reg and Fast speed wiping works fine. I researched and found the wiper signal amplifier part number and checked to make sure is the same as unit on my car and was gonna order a new one but is $75. Can anyone confirm that replacing this relay will fix the prob.
