s14 ecu will not turn on

so I recently picked up an s14 that was hit on the driver side by the door and the fender and now the fuel pump wont prime and also the ecu diagnostic light doesnt come on. I took the factory grounds off and sanded the paint down all the way to the metal and nothing happened I jumped the fuel pump relay and the fuel pump works but the ecu seems like it wants to disagree and the diagnostic light goes off.. I pulled the damaged fender off and there arent any broken wires in there I pulled the fuse box down and everything looks good.. it has spark when I try to crank it but when I jump the relay it seems like the spark goes away because the ecu decideds to shut.. idk wtf is going on maybe somebody can point me in the right direction.. its a 95 base 5 speed if that makes any difference

ive cleaned all the grounds the ecu is getting power but will not turn on I have manually grounded it and sent power straiight to it.. the ecu is good ive tried it in another s14.. im completely lost.. its like the power just stops in the relay for the ecu and that automatically shuts the ecu off

so manually grounded the ecu and now it turns on and the pump works now also... but for some reason the injectors have power but they wont give the engine any fuel.. what controls the injectors pulse on s14 ka's??
