The Nismo LM GT4's look really good too, those were the ones I was going to get but I wasn't sure which color I should get that would match red. Until I saw this car, I'm not sure who make those rims and what color it is, but if anyone could tell me, I'd Really appreciate it.

they look kinda bronze to me. i have the knockoffs sitting in my garage that are bronze 4 lugs. 2 of them are fine, 3rd has a tinyyyy crack, and the 4th one has a giant dent and crack from when i hit black ice and crashed into a guardrail on new years eve at like 11:30pm visiting my dumb ex-gf. lol sure you didnt need the story but just a precaution to other people with stupid ex's

Get some Mustang replica wheels. Google shopping search '17x10.5 Mustang wheels'. You can get 9 to 10.5 inch wide wheels for as low as $115. You could get some 18x10's, but tires for 18's are alot more expensive than tires for 17's.

Be forewarned though: Mustang replica wheels are cheap and strong but pretty heavy too... 26 lbs minimum.

Can't get much cheaper these these. A whole set for less than the price of one Work wheel...

Wrap them in some cheap 255/40/17 Nexen NX3000 tires for about $80 each.

XXR 521's are sooooo much more better looking than the 522's. They're like super cheap BBS LM's or Work VS-XX...
18x10+25 for $138 each.

You're not gonna get much more with only a $500 budget. Even Rota is out of that price range... :poke:

Aren't Rota's a cheaper brand? I haven't looked at their prices, but I've heard of a joke saying "Real friends don't let friends ride on Rota's" So maybe you shouldn't get it...

But hey, if they're cheap, go for it P:

But I'd say the stock rims aren't bad, better then having something that's not so attractive on your car. (:

Those ppl don't know what the phuck they're talking about. Rota makes good quality replica wheels. So the ppl who spent quadruple the price of the original versions bash Rota every chance they get.

Do you have any idea how many road racing and drifting teams run Rota's around the globe? ALOT.

Decently sized Rota's will be about $165 each. I'm talking about some 17x9's. They go up in price as you go up in size.

I'm not gonna act like there was never an issue with Rota wheels. Of course there was. The bashers had to get their ammo from somewhere. There was a bad batch of Honda sized wheels, like... 7 years ago that had problems. These were styles that were popular for Honda guys, like the Rota Sub-Zeros & Curcuit models.

What was happening was the spokes would twist under too much torque and separate from the barrel of the wheel. This only happened on a small batch of the thin spoked wheels. Again, this was like in 2003 or something. Rota fixed the problem and no one's really heard a peep since.

I don't think anyone has experienced this with any of the thicker spoked, larger RWD wheels like the P45R's and Grids.

Holy Krabby Patties O_o

I didn't think it would be that critical, I thought it was just one spoke cracking or something, not the whole thing!

By the way, that gold one looks pretty cool. A lot like the Nismo LM-GT4's :D

I can't see those pics since my server here at work is blocking them, but if those are the pics I think you're talking about, those might not be Rota's at all, but actual an OEM Lotus wheel and an actual LM-GT4. I'll have to confirm that once I leave work in the morning.

That's definently not a Rota. Here's their catalog:
