S14 Unorthodox pulley question

Just wondering if anyone knows the correct belts numbers for use after installing an unorthodox pulley in an s14.

I've had the pulley sitting in the garage for a while now and haven't gotten around to slapping it on. It came with a list of the correct belt sizes/numbers, but I've lost that sheet.

If anyone else has done this and has their sheet handy, It would be greatly appreciated if you could rattle off the numbers for me.
